4. AI Features

Our Service integrates with artificial intelligence models (Google Gemini). Output generated by AI is probabilistic and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying any information generated by the AI before relying on it. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Tandem or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
