At Tandem, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. This policy outlines how we handle your data. In short: We do not collect your browsing history, we do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party trackers.

Data Collection

We only collect the absolute minimum data required to operate the service:

  • Account Info: Email address for authentication (if you sign up).
  • Payment Info: Processed securely via Stripe. We never see your credit card number.
  • Crash Logs: Anonymized stack traces if the app crashes (opt-in).

AI Interactions

When you use Tandem AI features, the content of the specific tab you are analyzing is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for processing. This data is transient and is not used to train models. It is discarded immediately after the response is generated.
